Reconciliations Analyst

Position Description:

You will be primarily working with director of accounts receivable and support of preparing and reconciling the reports.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Audit and view the department process and provide suggested prepayment flowchart
- Analyze customer accounts and reconcile unbalanced/credits accounts
- Design the refund/apply credit to open invoices template for collection department using in the future to meet audit standards
- Prepare the reserve or allowance account
- Reconcile and prepare balance forward report
- Assist director of account receivable in performing internal control procedures to ensure SOX compliance
- Review account transactions documentation and general entry to ensure proper accounting per SAP policy and IFRS as well as SF Company policies
- Sarbanes Oxley knowledge a plus: Since we are a public company to exercise best practices.

Requirements:

- Degree in accounting, CPA highly desired
- 4+ years of reconciliation experience is required
- Microsoft Excel experience: Must know how to create pivot tables for reporting purposes
- Must have accounting software experience preferably SAP
