About the Role
SuccessFactors is seeking an experienced senior sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into named large corporations (5000+employees). Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into large prospects and installed accounts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell value and ROI into C-Level business decision makers, as well as sell into HR leaders
- Develop in depth knowledge of our entire product suite and effectively sell to clients through initial phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations
- Align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives
- Manage and drive multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately
- Build & maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales
- Manage and upsell existing clients
- Work effectively in collaboration with various SME Product Specialists to increase sales of our HRIS, recruiting, business social networking, and learning management applications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen to effectively understand business benefits of BizX to Small Businesses and cross-functional needs in the organization (HR, C Level, Line of Business).
- Strategic and solution sales capabilities that support selling to the C-Level of small businesses.
- Well able to adapt to volume / transactional type of selling in the lower end of the small business segment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, open, collaborative, passionate and driven environment.
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, network internally to get things done and be accountable for his/her decisions.
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
- A good technical aptitude.
