The BA HRBP is a strategic partner to the Cloud GTM organization on a global level, supporting the Senior Management team in alignment with SAP’s overall strategy.
Key to the success of this role is the ability to:
- Lead and support the implementation of renewed SAP People & Organization
Strategy, by translating Cloud GTM-specific needs into people-related action plans and KPIs and enabling execution
- Strategically support the Transformation and Organizational Development of the SAP Cloud GTM organization.
- Support the operational and legal entity integration efforts
The BA HRBP directly reports to the Board Area HRBP Manager and closely collaborates with regional & local HR BPs across the world and other HR partners such as TLOD and Total Rewards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive People & Organization Strategy within the established strategic guidelines, SLA’s and targets
- Manage business transformation and organizational development as part of the GCO Board Area strategy
- Enable and coach assigned L1 and L2 Leaders in all relevant HR matters
- Support and enable assigned L1 and L2 Leaders in critical hiring, onboarding, succession management, leadership development and organizational/change management initiatives
- Collaborate with regional / local HRBPs to drive People & Organization Strategy and execution down to countries and regions.
- Work closely with COEs and Shared Services to develop and implement relevant programs and projects.
- Work closely with local HR on organizational, headcount and general support of org design, promotions and other employee transactions
Education & Qualifications/ Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong client focus and orientation
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work and negotiate with Business leaders
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Convincing attitude
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
- Execution-driven and results oriented working style
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years working in an HRBP position.
- Prior experience in different areas of HR preferred such as CoEs or HR Shared Services.
- Broad knowledge of all functional areas across HR
- Multiple company employment to bring different perspectives
