Jr. Support Entry Level

Position Summary:

The Jr. Support position primary responsibility is the initial point of contact for all SuccessFactors customer inquiries. The inquiries will include, but not be limited to, functionality issues, implementation issues and technical problems within the scope of the application. The Support engineer will use their experience and knowledge of product and standard operating procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues in as few contacts as possible. They will document, report, and escalate issues as needed and will work with other departments to resolve. The candidate must be a strong problem solver, possess good communication skills, and capable of working with minimal supervision. The candidate must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.

Essential Functions:

- Provide telephone and email support for both application usage and technical issues
- Troubleshoot customer problems to identify solutions or software defects
- Use of CRM software to track internal and external customer interactions
- Facilitate communication of product and company information to the client
- Coordinate with other departments to identify defects and resolve issues
- Assist with the testing software releases
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customization, connectors, installation, configuration, upgrade/update, and migration issue

Job Requirements:

- Entry level; new college graduates encouraged to apply
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Management,
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion for diagnosing problems and seeing solutions through to implementation
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a diverse team of support and technology professionals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Quick learner who demonstrates initiative
