About the Role:

The Senior Support Engineer in Customer Success Team is the strategic consultant who works closely with Account Management team in driving incremental customer value through solution knowledge and domain expertise. Senior Support Engineer translates the customer goals with solution strategy by pro-actively engaging with the senior customer executives to get current assessment and customer maturity level in using SuccessFactors product solution and drives the recommendations to improve the adoption level and plan to improve the value from SuccessFactors product solutions.

Responsibilities:

Senior Support Engineer works closely with Enterprise Account Manager and Senior Support Engineer to handle following responsibilities:

- Works with existing customers and assessment on how current implementation meets their

current and future needs.

- Current adoption and value assessment and plan to make improvements that will result in maximizing value from current implementation and recommendations that help improve customers footprint.
- Engage with Account Management team with customer accounts at risk and help drive solution strategy and risk mitigation plan to secure the renewal.
- Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes.
- Documents solution and customer case studies to leverage for wider consumption.

- Participates and contributes in knowledge sharing forums.
- Leads/Participates in Value Improvement Program.

Qualification

- Minimum of 5-7 years of consulting experience in Human Resource and HRIS solutions.
- Experience with Employee Central, SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle or other HR software required.
- Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS engineers.
- Several years of experience leading software integrations within or for Human Resource Departments.
- Carries deep domain knowledge in HR processes and practices.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the full suite of SFSF offerings, with expert level knowledge of set(s) of module groupings and their interdependencies.
- Provides best-practice guidance on customer processes.
- Ability to translate business problem to solution strategy and execution plan.
- Must be motivated, goal oriented with the proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of collaboration across geographically diverse teams
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines

- Excellent project and task-management skills and partnership focus.

- Effectively interacts with all levels of management within the client and internal organization.

- Enthusiasm, internal leadership, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization.

Education and Experience:

- A 4 year college degree, BA or BS required and Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Typically has 8-10 years of direct related work experience driving client solutions and implementation experience with large scale HCM software deployments (either as an internal program owner or as an external consultant).

Physical and Environmental requirements:

- Standard office/home office environment

Travel required from time to time (25-50%)
